3.es.52. Morfología (1). Lexema o raíz
Has estudiado en tus clases de Lengua Catalana el concepto de LEXEMA y MORFEMA.
REFLEXIONA AHORA SOBRE EL ORIGEN DE LAS PALABRAS LEXEMA Y RAÍZ.
El sustantivo, el verbo, el adjetivo y el adverbio tienen LEXEMA, también llamado RAÍZ.
RAÍZ, de una palabra, es una metáfora. ¿Por qué?
Si lo que no es raíz o lexema es “MORFEMA“, ¿ qué corresponde, en la imagen del árbol de esta entrada, a los morfemas?
3.es.51. Creación de un cuarteto
Consulta la entrada 35: LA FAMILIA ETO
Crea un cuarteto con el título ALAS QUISIERA TENER.
El cuarteto ha de contener al menos los siguientes recursos: una metáfora, una paradoja, una anáfora y una paronomasia. Los versos han de ser endecasílabos.
Una vez compuesto el cuarteto, escribe aparte las palabras donde están los recursos literarios señalados anteriormente.

3.en.27 “A twistable, turnable man” by Shel Silverstein
Spanish people usually pronounce the word comfortable wrongly
This is a very funny poem by Shel Silverstein, an American writer, called twistable turnable man. After reading it and singing it, I’m sure you’ll always pronounce COMFORTABLE correctly.
The you tube video will help you understand the poem. It is like tongue twister. You know what a tongue twister is, don’t you?
Let’s see if we can read it together. The words ending in “able” are highlighted in green
Here follows a version by Andrew Bird, a good musician who, on top of playing lots of musical instruments, is also a great whistler. Can you whistle? We’ll make a contest some other day.

3.en.26 Try the poem machine: haikus, cinquains and limeriks
Now that you are all working on your Michael Rosen rap version, we’ll move to something else. It will take us longer to write a sonnet, but you never know… there might be some hidden poets in our group.
Next week we shall practice writing in class different kinds of poems. In the meantime, this poetry on line engine will help you get started. Check this site. It will help you create your own haikus, cinquains and limeriks.
If you end up with one you like, copy it in your notebook . Later, you can share it with your classmates.
